An Owner’s worst nightmare is to construct a new healthcare facility and be unable to occupy it because it fails the State’s initial survey.  We understand that every day a facility is not open costs you, and the lost revenue can greatly exceed the cost of correcting the problems.  Olicon’s experts identify code and licensing deficiencies in facilities designed and built by others, determine the fastest, least expensive means of correcting them, and carry out the work quickly and effectively.

In 1999, Olicon coined the term “Super Sub” and the specialty construction term “General Works Packages”.  Working with large contractors like Centex Construction Company and Aguirre Building Systems, Olicon has used its extensive knowledge of tenant finish and management to compile small parts of very large projects into General Works Packages. The scope of these packages normally includes items in CSI Divisions 10, 11, and 12, but frequently includes doors, frames and finish hardware, general labor, and rough carpentry, eliminating hours of project management in tracking these incidental items
