Olicon, Inc. just completed the commons and corridor renovations to the West IL apartments at Lakewood Village, Fort Worth, Texas. This work included new ceiling, wall and floor finishes throughout the corridors, elevator lobbies and commons and laundry rooms. The design also included a new office area, storage room and mailbox area. The sky bridge connecting the apartment building to the main dining room was renovated along with the main level entry to create a more attractive and user-friendly environment.
The designer for the project was MGroup Design. Olicon worked closely with Phil Davies, construction manager for Christian Care Centers, to assure the project was performed in a safe and orderly manner. The building was fully occupied during this project. Cost of the project was approximately $560,000 and construction duration was 3 months.
