In December, Olicon, Inc. completed the replacement of over 5000 L.F. of light coves in three buildings on the campus of Presbyterian Village North. The light coves were replaced with a new wood design and LED strip lights. The wood cove removal, construction and painting were done by Olicon, Inc. crews, and R&L Electric, Inc. performed the light fixture replacement.
The project involved three fully occupied buildings and was completed on schedule within the original 14-week estimate. Two buildings were independent living and the third an Assisted Living / Memory Care facility.
