Olicon is a full-service general contractor. Our primary emphasis is on commercial construction, but we are experienced in industrial, senior living development, and large residential construction as well.

While it is beneficial to have a “niche” area of expertise, we feel that the building process is the same for all types of construction. There are however, several crucial aspects in choosing a good, qualified contractor.

Of utmost importance is trust. The construction industry has long had a reputation for not being honest and trustworthy. Researching a contractor for past performance and experience can often weed out the bad candidates. Olicon strives to be honest, to have integrity and to be trustworthy, in all of our construction work, and to treat all parties in the process with respect. This not only applies to the owner and professionals, but to our employees, tradesmen, and subcontractors.

We will never accept a project opportunity that is beyond our experience, financial capability or work capacity, no matter how tempting the project may be. We feel that a good contractor should be honest and humble enough to decline a project that they are not qualified to perform, no matter what potential financial rewards it may pose.
